Anyone tried using stuns (which wipe all aggro the enemy had) as aggro management tools to an effective effect?
I ask because of the Armistice / Goad bug on consoles.

Anyone tried using stuns instead of Armistice / Goad?

The problem is that when their aggro is reset you have no prediction to what they'll do when recovered. Also a certain array of mobs are immune to stuns so it would be unreliable.
I scarcely use it; mainly to give a three seconds break in enemies' fire if they're clustered.

Yeah, the aggro reset effect of stuns is why I started to actually avoid them. I think it hurts more then helps... particularly used after a Taunt, Goad or Armistice.

Last 2 are not viable on consoles yet, reread OP.Haplose wrote...

That's pretty bad. But in any case stuns will drop also whatever aggro the tank managed to accumulate. And that's a very unfortunate effect.... unless you're able to keep enemies stunlocked till they die.

I've found that it works very well with upgraded Mind Blast to reset aggro on mobs approaching my mages.
I just have the mages move farther away from the battle after using Mind Blast.
