Dragon Age 2 new DLC- grey warden armour reward

Throught out the dlc you should be able to collect pieces of the grey warden armour that the wardens wear in Dragon Age 2(I think this armour is the coolest looking armour of the series and I think there should be a type of warden armour for each class, like carver and bethany get if they become a warden)
comment if you think this is a good dlc and if you like the grey warden armour and think it should be a armour set.

There's already a mod that does this and it's glorious!
Well only if you're a man (females could only get the Bethany robe as far as I know)
Then again I get the red glowing eyes so I'd take that over shiny armour.

Women don't need all that armor, it gets in the way of the boobs and we can't have that happen.
Except Meredith's armour > everything. So..

Okay I think that in the next dlc coming out for dragon age 2 should have something to do with helping the grey wardens in the free marches and around kirkwall.

I like this idea and I agree that the armor that the grey wardens wear in DA 2 is amazing best armor ever

I've spent most of my last DA2 playthrough wearing legion of the dead armour, doesn't mean I'm a member.SavesTheDay wrote...

hmm... this sounds like good dlc... they should do dlc that has some old companions in it like Oghren or Morrigan.
Yes I want to see my favorite drunken dwarf. It could be done since Oghren is still part of the Grey Wardens as far as we know oh how I miss Oghren and Anders party banter

I don't get why the Wardens suddenly recived uniforms, they didn't seem to have any in DAO. A warden could wear whatever he/she wanted in the good old days. ^^
Well in Origins/Awakenings we really only saw the shattered remains of the Ferelden Group so everybody kinda had bring/buy what you can get attitude. Don't Forget Amaranthine is now the center of the order now and from the groups you just somehow run into ( Sergent Joanne from the Conspirators ) they are much more organized/funded so fancy new duds might be all the rage XD

If we start debating the logic of what we saw in Dragon Age 2, we're going to be here a long time.
That said, a proactive Hawke who can make some substantial choices and gets involved with the Wardens would be an interesting DLC.

Well, if Avernus refined the Joining ritual like his research notes said he wanted to do in Warden's Keep, and that potion you drank was a refined Joining ritual, then Hawke may have become a Warden!

That is a good point. I didn't realize DA2 had Legion of the Dead armor but I don't think anyone is going to confuse Hawke with a member of the Legion of the Dead. There might some sort of unwritten rule about wearing Warden armor if you aren't one. It might also raise a lot of questions from actual Wardens about where Hawke acquired that armor.

I have played through Dragon Age 2 twice and still have not run into any mention of Avernus. I can't remember if I killed him in both import games, so maybe I just missed him somewhere.
That would be a really unfortunate way to become a Warden.

Of course, Avernus needs to be alive in your imports for this to happen.

Act 1, head to the Wounded coast and make an immediate right. Head up the slope and eventually you'll see some bandits near a corpse. Investigate the corpse after the battle.

Thanks.

It's not Avernus' corpse is it?
The corpse belongs to an unnamed messenger. Avernus is "busy" in the Warden's Keep.

Trying not to spoil it too much. Avernus discovers something and sends a messenger with a note of great import. Apparently there are enemies against the Wardens or something that don't want that information to reach the First Warden.
My theory is that the Chantry is moving against the Wardens. Maybe for involving themselves politically in the 5th Blight? Maybe for a mage Arl of Amaranthine? Maybe because they're a bunch of pricks.
Notice the last one I'm not questioning.
