Oh, would this ever be fantastic!  I can't use that Nexus mod either because I'm using the potion cooldown reduction mod.  The group arcane shield thing is dog-awful, especially with three melee types in caves.  You can't see what the hell's going on with all that swirling or find enemies to click on.  (PC version's new combat utterly bites...)

Added full Nexus post below; hoping to receive more attention regarding this request -

First off, I would like to comment that this mod technically exists already (Magnus B's Sustained Effects Gone mod). However, Magnus B's mod conflicts with two mods that I absolutely cannot live without (credit goes to Xodarap777 for the below mods) -

I originally contacted Magnus B asking if he could update his to be compatible with Xodarap777's (he did something similar with another mod) but after a week with no response, I decided it would be more prudent to seek help from another party instead of waiting for his (possible) reply.

I'm not an expert at modding, but another Nexus user (thezlowman) had to following to say on Magnus B's page -

"but it'd be perfect if all the unaltered lines are deleted from the .gda to raise the compatibility to other mods affecting the abi_base.gda, plus you won't have to make compatibilty patch for all the other future mods you think are worth downloading"

Like I said, no expert here, but that may be a possible solution to this problem.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, please!  They took a step in the right direction in cutting down sustainables haze, but I would like to get rid of it altogether.  If you have a little tag on your bar that shows what sustainables are running, you don't need it.

Arcane Shield is horrible.  I only use it for the high dragon encounter.  It's like fighting blind.

I really dislike the Rock Armor animation, so I don't use it on my PC mage.

The rogue's Parry has pink swirlies.  Was that really necessary?
