Sorry. I have tried several ways to get his achievements. Does anybody know how to get them, especially the secret meeting withthe divine?

Aside from the Friend/Rival one, all of them should be by just doing his quests and giving him the gift from the Repentance quest in Act 2.

Then you have an issue with the DLC being validated or a bug I guess. Tried across multiple games or the same one? Are you logged in to the EA servers?
