yeah i kinda guessed it was bigger and the map isn't showing it from the Birthright quest... still being confined to one section of the mansion/estate doesn't make you feel it is as quite grand as it is lead to be..

Though it is funny how there are no extra doors that cant be accessed that lead to a different part of the house lol.. it "must" be a guest house separate from the estate while it is being renovated for Hawke's lavish tastes
