 I searched around and couldn't find any mods that allowed PC's to keep their helms during cutscenes.  Anyone know if one is already available?  And if not, would it be possible to create?

Like the topic says, I'd like my Hawke to keep his/her helmet on during cutscenes, instead of it mysteriously disappearing.

Until there's a way to actually edit the cut scenes, the answer is "not really, no."
