Hello folks long time Bioware fan here not much of a forum poster, but his problem gas brought me here..I recently bought a new hardrive and just installed ME1 I whent to play and i got a pop up saying
"The game can not start. For security reasons, only a limited number of machines can ever be licensed by a single perchese. This limit has been reached. Please purchase another registration code, reinstall and then try again"
Do i really have to buy ME1 again just to play? all becuase i've uninstalled and reinstalled alot?

You need to contact EA support in regards to this. The DRM included with ME was rather obtrusive, and that meant you had to go through a process of deregistering the product code each time it was uninstalled, and re-registering when your reinstalled.
Use EA's live chat facility, and you should be able to get it sorted out fairly quickly.
