Where in the blazes is the lil boy Bevin that you need to find in the quest A Missing Child. This is my second time around n I still can't find him. Please tell me please lol

When exiting the church, to the right there is a group of housing over a lake...one contains a dwarf and two companions of his (useful in the fight...available through the mayor; keep asking to help), another is the general store (take note of the barrels of oil...also helpful in the fight), and the third house is the house of the woman (mother/older sister?) of the kid. Go in there and you can find the kid in the back room hiding in a...well, i remember it looking like a liquor cabinet = large wooden object.
