Hi everyone, sorry if I ask what may seem a stupid question, but I've read that the Black Emporium is available to all those who buy Dragon Age "new" (?).
Now, I preordered this game via the EA store and digitally downloaded it. When the game was released, I received two codes to redeem, I inserted them both, to be fair, I'm not entirely sure what they were supposed to do, but I remember reading "Black Emporium" somewhere. Anyway, I got a tons of DLC green items, like Haydenìs razors, some books, the lion of orlais, blood dragon armor ecc... however, the Black Emporium never shows up in game.
Now what I want to ask is: Did I do something wrong? Or is it working as intended that I don't have the Black Emporium and must do something else to do it?
Every time I also start the game it tells me "redeem your block emporium code online" I think I redeem already all the codes I had...
The Black Emporium: Am I supposed to have it?

Items are simply unlocked in DA2, but all other DLC's have to be downloaded and installed.
To the left of your screen, mouse over "Profile" and then click on "You registered game content"
There you can see all the DLC your account has access to. Click on the "more info" link for each item to see if you need to download it.
Once you have it installed it you should be able to see it under the "Downloadeble Content" option under the main menu.

You mean those messages at the bottom of the launcher and at the left bottom of the main menu? You can pretty much ignore those, that's just advertisement really.Every time I also start the game it tells me "redeem your block emporium code online" I think I redeem already all the codes I had.

I can say for sure that you have Black Emporium on the account you're using to post here. Make sure your EA Online account (the one in game) is the same login as this one. If they are for sure the same thing then you need to talk to EA Customer Service and get them to look in to it - they typically just reset your account and reapply everything.
And yes, if you're just going off the ticker, I wouldn't trust that. Start a new game and when you enter the real blightlands (when you're with your mother and family) you should have a Dog with you. If you do, Black Emporium is working properly.

Unlike DA:O's ability to automagically download and install unlocked DLC, for DA2 (for PC or Mac) you will need to manually download and install any major DLC available to you as per Raygereio's response above.

Ah thanks for your replies, everyone.
I solved the issue. I had to go to a link provided in my profile page and manually download the DLC, now it works perfectly.
Oh well, it would have been nicer to have it before I finished this game two times already ;P
I guess for my "definitive playthrough" it will serve its purpose.
