I don't really have a nickname, but for some strange reason even my closest friends call me by my last name, I have no idea why. It already started in Kindergarten, I was always the guy without a first name.

The vast majority of people I know call me by my last name. It started when I starting playing football and never stopped.

Err so it's something like this :

Long Story - We were playing the 'evil overlords' in high school... My surname's evilification if that is even a word is... lauron.

Short story - my surname with a darker tone and a dark in front.

Edit : and ya, dark-lauron is my nickname. The only one. I am that boring.

Good to know I'm not the only one. But Michael is a legit name that is  really not hard to spell, yet people use my last name, always.

I used to get that too but it mysteriously stopped a few years ago and people just use my first name now. I think I lost my magical powers and became a regular person when they stopped.

Just to clarify they were calling me my surname, not yours. Just incase...

Some of my friends still call me by my D&D character's name from that campaign in high school. I also get called "The DM," for the campaign after that. I've also been slapped with "Trailer Hitch," which I'm not explaining if you don't get it, for a completely unrelated aspect of my personality.

I have a friend like that. To everyone on my fathers side of the family I'm Nicky. Italians love adding y or ie to eveything. Tony, Paulie, Tommy, Nicky, Sonny, there's allot of ees in my family. Also people called me Slidell for awhile. Now it's just Slide.

Mako, Littles, Nibbler, Niblet, Pumpkin, ______-Lita-Pee Pee-in-the-Streeta, Sinner, Little Nothing, Tbird, Killer, and Snowflake. I have a lot of nicknames, because almost no one uses my real name. I've probably left some out.

EDIT: I forgot Klepto. <----Not from stealing stuff. Oh and Wednesday.
