That's just how it works. The underdogs take shots at the big guys whenever they can, usually for fun and to make a name for themselves.

No, how it works is this: big pubishers spill a bunch of BS. Gamers lap it up. They buy all the overpriced and uninspired DLC. Then they buy a crappy sequel based on brand name alone. That's how it works.

Tragically its true. I actually pity Obsiduan for this reason. Their OWN games would never sell, because they haven't made name as a developer per se, but as developers of Good sequels to ****ty games of others.

Only troll here is OP. I tried really hard, waiting for all the yuks to be had by this alleged trollin' but alas there were none. Aside from no direct (or even indirect) bioware references there was no jokes to be had. Maybe it was lost in translation from polish to english or something but I was sorely disappointed by this trolling.

I rate the linked trollin' 1/10.
OP gets a 10/10 for wasting my time.

I'm confused, when in that video does he mention DA2, BioWare or anything related to either?

I don't think that video was targeted at BioWare, seems like he is just trolling the changes in the game developing industry as of late.

It was just a bit of indirect dig at DA2 if you listen to what he is saying and showing in the vid, but I can see where that would go over some who may not get that. It took me a second look. In any event, with all of the bad press/internet comments that DA2 has gotten, it has been good advertising for The Witcher 2 since that comes up a great deal mentioned by gamers in the hopes for the next big RPG.

It does absolutely nothing in the end, aside from getting a handful of fanboys riled up on forums. But I seriously doubt in this case they were making an entire april fool's joke just to poke fun at Dragon Age 2 or Bioware... that would be pretty damn sad. I think people are looking from drama where there is none.

I'm not saying it wasn't funny or that Projekt RED shouldn't have done it--it's just less funny now since it was done before.

On a side note, I'm gonna laugh when The Witcher 2 is just as awful as the first

I'd rather play as that bard than as Geralt. And I'd like to hit things with a lute.
...CD Projekt RED should actually release The Bard: Saviors of Queens. It even has a great subtitle.

Trolling isn't going to encourage Bioware to do better.
If anything, you're just proving to be an idiot and going out of your way of a
unprofessional lifestyle that is incapable of just discussing the issue with the game.

All this idiocy will only encourage more idiots to troll and bash a game
that some people happen to like. No wonder Bioware are only locking topics instead
of discussing it with you people.

The "game" has quite a following.

Way of the Samurai was only 2 hours long based in one town. But had lot's of replayability. Almost everything you did changed the ending in some way.

Mature games for mature gamers, such as myself.

Isn't DA2 the same thing? blood gore and sex?

Clicking the mouse or 1-5 keys is all the same to me.

Clicking 1-5 = Five buttons

Clicking left mouse = One button

I like your logic of how they're the same though

That said. Do i have to collect 10 flowers for a nudey card in The Witcher 2 just like i could in the first?

I think they're trolling the entire industry actually, but in some recent gameplay

I agree, mainly because the industry has not only handed them the ammo but the weapon also, and they put it to good use in humor, stressed in case some of you did not get it was humor.

I'm sad that I may never get to play that game. It was a rare find when it was first released and to buy it new now is outside of my budget.

I thought combat was The Witcher's lowpoint, but you have to admit, clicking one button with timing requires more thought than clicking 5 buttons again and again at leisure.
