Ok I don't know if this is a glitch or not but I'll post here anyway. Isabela has 100% friendship with me but she still always leaves. What the deal?
How do you make Isabela stay with you?

She always leaves after you get the book, but to get her to come back when you fight the Arishok, you have to have told her you will get the book for HER, if you say otherwise she leaves for good.

How do you do her quest where you help her fight Castillion. She leaves before I ever get to do it. I go into the foundry then when I come back out all she leaves is a note and I never see her again.

Before you went into the foundry, did you tell her you would get the book for her, or that you were giving it to the qunari, if you said you were giving it to her, then she comes back to help fight the Arishok later (as long as you have her above 50% friendship / rivalry and have done her "Questioning Beliefs" quests)

I told her to keep the book. Does one of her questioning beliefs quests involve killing Catillion. Do you do that quest before going to the foundry or after?

She always steals the book and leaves, regardless of what you say or what your friendship status is. I'm pretty sure her coming back and giving the book tot he Arishok is only tied to having 50% friendship.

I think her coming back is tied to doing her Questioning Beliefs quest. Out of two characters I've played that far, one had her at high enough friendship to obtain the questioning beliefs conversation, and the other didn't. She only came back for the one that had questioning beliefs, and I believe that is at 75% friendship/rivalry.
Edit: I also heard if you're romancing her she'll come back regardless of friendship/rivalry.
