Hi guys!

Got DA2 last weekend and been playing it, enjoying it.

In the game box I bought it comes with a code for the Black Emporium. So, while the game was installing I went to the site and registered the promo code while logged into this account. Note that I hadn't registered DA2 to this account yet.

After the installation was complete I registered DA2, but I can't seem to download the Black Emporium. The Promo Code is listed as 'Used', but it's not showing up on my account to download.

There were no instructions in the game box about how to do this. Any suggestions?

Summary:
- Bought DA2
- Registered Black Emporium promo code.
- Registered DA2.
- Can't download/see Black Emporium.
- Promo code listed as active.

Go over to the "profile" button on the left.
Select "Your Registered Game Content"
Scroll Down to "The Black Emporium" for PC, click the "more Info" link and you should be able to download it.

If you cannot download it from there, then you will need to contact Bioware to get it straightened out.

As a note for the future though I wish they'd put it in a more intuitive place.

Yeah, it's too bad that so many people (apparently) had problems with the built-in DLC system they had in Origins. I much prefer it to having to download things manually for ME2 and DA2.
