According to the DA wiki, Duncan's Sword and Dagger can be upgraded by selling to Mykel the blacksmith at Soldier's Peak. I've been trying to get past the tier 5 that I got them at and have been since about level 15. I'm currently at Level 17. I'm planning on doing the same with the Warden Commander Armor (just like I've done in the past.)
So far, in my tests using the dagger, I've not seen any changes when I sell and try to buy back. Does anyone know what the level threshold is for the upgrades?
Maybe there was a trick to it that I forgot about? Its been a while since I've played.
