I was going for something thematically opposite of the Fade, so that there would be a spectrum of realms, Fade->Mortal plane->"Perfect" (i should clarify that i'm using the verb, to perfect).
I guess the denizens of the Perfect (yay nounverbs) would be supremely creative since the fade denizens aren't, and the mortal realm has some creativity. I don't know if/what would compell a Perfect entity to be interested in the mortal plane. It would probably be better if we are to them like demons/spirits are to us. So that we make deals with them to experience Perfection while they accept these deals in return for... I don't know, our malleability? Something anyway. One of those fancy-pants Bioware writers can come up with something I'm sure.
