The Black City is technically separate from the Fade. I think it'd be cool if it actually held another realm within in, sort of like an interdimensional TARDIS, and would also fit in with what Morrigan says about it leading to a place beyond the Fade.
Where does the Eluvian lead? Speculate!

It leads to Hawke's basement. I mean, in act 3 there's a pride demon living down there, so what else could be down there?
