So, I have a friend who rented Mass Effect awhile back, and she insists that when she played it she was not told where to go or what to do.  She spent like 2 hours exploring the ship before she figured out where to go, then when she arrived on Eden Prime she was alone.  Kaidan and Jenkins were not with her, she did not see Jenkins die, she never found Nihilus, it took her 6 hours to find all the bombs because there was NO mini map or anything to give her an idea where they were.  She never saw or talked to any NPC.

I don't think she's stupid or anything like that, but I just dont' see how she could have had these problems?  Anyone ever heard this before? She said she rented the game at Blockbuster when it first came out.

Never experienced anything like that.

Also, you might get more exposure on the Mass Effect tech board.

Her game was probably glitched. Or she is just lying to you.

Well, I don't think she was lying, but yeah it was a serious glitch, and it's totally turned her off to the game.

As for the other board, yeah I THOUGHT I clicked that board but somehow ended up posting it here... I'll repost it there heh
