Have found that changing the font size (dpi) in Vista makes the mouse cursor of by an increasing amount as the dpi increases past default. Saw a few posts of the problem and 1 person asked about Dpi but no real answers.

That's odd, I'm using 120 (default is 96) and I'm not experiencing this in Vista 32-bit.
Having said that, I suppose if you're having that issue then creating a shortcut to the .exe and checking 'disable display scaling on high DPI settings' on the compatibility tab might fix it without having to switch DPI in Windows.

Yeah Disable display scaling on high DPI settings under compatibilty tab fixes it too with vista 64. Was at 159 DPI and had to have the pointer about 2 inches to the right and under to click any thing.
