You're still talking?  Think I'll block you too just so this discussion can finally die.  Or at least so I dont have to listen to you or Lotion anymore.  Seriously, you both need to look up both the word FACT and OPINION.  Buh bai nao!!!

I'm confused by you posting modded models as if thats going to prove your point. And those DA2 screenshots still look better to me than both Oblivion and DA:O.

The armored one isn´t modded, and the nude one is only, well, nude. The quality is exactly the same as vanilla.

And if you STILL think DA2 looks better, well.... our tastes are obviously vastly different:police:
Can´t argue tastes.

What computer are you running TES 4 on? On my PS3, TES:4 looks tons better, those are bad images.

To be honest - no idea. Unlike the DA screenshots I didn´t take the one from Oblivion myself since I don´t play it anymore. I found it on google.

Blocking won´t stop their posts from showing; they are only blocked from your profile and from sending message.

Which, imo, makes the block feature almost retardedly useless, but that´s a different story:mellow:

Oh well lol.  Either way, Im ignoring the both of them at this point seeing as how neither want to see reason.  *shrugs*

One thing that breaks the immersion is the dialogue wheel. I'll explain so it makes sense. I start a conversation and I have the choices on the right that move the story along. On the left I have questions to get more info on the choices. The info helps so I can make a choice and at least know why I made the choice. However, when I go to the left and select the choices don't change and if I go to the left again things seem forced and out of place. Perhaps, if they could tailor the choices on the left to alter and branch after an initial selection is made. This would close off information but at least keep the flow of the conversation. Do you follow what I'm saying? It's a minor gripe and I could see if a change was implemented it would impact the flow and setup of the dialogue. This would also make the writer's job more difficult and demanding. However, replayability would be increased by a smigdeon. Unless you don't really care about the dialogue that much then I guess it would be pointless.

As far as the other immersion, the sound and graphics and things are pretty good.

Of course there is only one definition. Looking in the dictionary gives the words a clear meaning.

Actually, dictionaries usually list multiple ones. Sometimes 40 or 50 different ones, even.
Which kinda ruins the point of being a dictionary, but that´s just how it is.

Elements of a given works are by defintion more or less immersive.
For example - normal swords are by their very essence more immersive than oversized ones.
A functional items is more immersive than a flashy one.
A more personal story is more immersive..etc..

I agree with this, HOWEVER your "proof"...

All of this can be proven by simple logic and statistics.
For example - why aren't fantasy and sci-fi the most popular shows/books?  Why isn't anime super-popular among general population?
Care to wager that if they tonned down the over-the-top elements they'd be better recieved?

is pretty stupid. Just like some people are appalled by unrealistic, over-the-top stuff in animes, that´s exactly what others love about them. Not everyone wants realism in their movies / games.

And even when the dictionary gives a clear meaning, it's only clear if all the words that make up the dictionary definition also have clear meanings. And so on, and so on....
