Bethany, Marethari, Sebastian. Fenris has appeal but it's ruined as soon as he opens his mouth. Meredith is attractive in an older woman, handsome kind of way before she becomes completely nucking futs. Impressed the hell outta me when she first shows up in Act 2. (yes I know she has a brief appearance in Act 1 but there is no identifying dialogue and my first playthrough I didn't know who she was. Any Hawke I make I like also, can't really stomach watching an ugly face for 40 or so hours, so I struggle to make them as good as I can. Charade (Gamlen's daughter). While not attractive, I think Orsino has the most style as basic black is always a good choice and his staff is totally badass looking.
Varric, which surprised me as i dislike most dwarves in DA but then he's been raised on the surface not Orzammar so has a lot of human qualities.
There are other characters who, while not attractive in an aesthetic sense had appealing personalities.

Yeah, Meredith is hot. Which brings me to another point: Why are there no older love interests (at least, say, Duncan age)? It would make me able to play an older-looking character and still get some luvin without feeling like I'm cradle robbing.

Well, it's physically impossible in the DA world for Hawke to be older than 25 years old.

So you're basically doing it wrong if you make Hawke old looking.
