Seneschal Bran is swoonworthy! <3 I found myself looking forward to trips to the Viscount's.  I also thought Cullen was very nice to ogle.  

If we're talking about voices, I'm all for Sebastian.  His appearance, not so much, but THAT VOICE....

While I didn't play him myself, Male default Hawke is a hottie.  And I don't even like facial hair.

I'm a straight female, so obviously I'm not that great of a judge of what men find appealing in us. But I don't know why so many people find Aveline unattractive. She has an adorable nose and freckles and seems to have very bright eyes. As the women go she's my favorite character.
I've noted above that Cullen got more good looking. And Fenris has a GREAT voice. But Anders seems to have put a big ole hook in me. Now I can't stop romancing him. Blast.

Although I am a huge Anders fangirl, I will say that Fenris is without a doubt the HOTTEST man in the game. Whenever he smiles, I giggle like a little schoolgirl.

Cullen. Too bad my warden mage didn't get a chance to do anything with him in DA:O. I wish Bioware would have given us the chance to romance Cullen instead of Sebastian. Surprisingly, he was nicer to my mage Hawke than Fenris(pre-romance). And it would have been a great story right down to decision time.

I thought that Tranquil admin assistant in On the Loose, Elsa, is very pretty too. I'm a hetero woman, but I notice the attractive women more than the attractive men for some reason.

Gotta give it up to all of the followers (romanceable/non-romanceable, female/male, etc), they're all quite handsome/lovely even if they're not all my specific type.  If I were to exclude personality, voice acting, and plot involvement I'd probably go for Anders.  With all of the former taken into account, it'd be Fenris.

For NPCs: Orsino, Cullen, Gascard DuPuis, and Seamus.  I also think Meredith is very pretty in an "older woman who I want to spank me" sort of way.

Varric. Very sad that he is not a potential romance. He is the only one that does not irritate me on a regular basis. Perhaps if Fenris were to suddenly become mute.......

Oh, Isabela, without a doubt

Anders, Fenris, Cullen and default Carver are also very attractive. And one of the custom versions of Bethany (with her fringe over one eye). Both default Hawkes are appealing too, and Merrill is rather cute.

Orsino, I find soooo hot. I know, it's wrong, but there it is, I can't help myself.

Sebastian is very yummy.

Flemeth is attractive as in awsome.

Meredith is an attractive woman (although I hated her guts)

One of my Hawke's mothers was ludicriuosly attractive, almost embarrassingly so.

In the end, however, I romanced Fenris, whom I don't find that handsome, but, after all is done and said, personality is more important than looks and he has THAT voice...

Sebastian and Fenris. Both gorgeous, and they could read the Kirkwall street directory to me and make it sexy. (Actually, given all the blood magic involved in its construction and the Desire Demon stuck under the city, it might be weirdly sexy anyway.) My first Hawke pined after Sebastian and my second hit Fenris like the Fist of the Maker.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has a thing for the Arishok and Orsino. (Well, Orsino right up to the time he turned into a hideous flesh golem.)
