Unable to Right Click on things

Unless I exit and restart the problem wont go away.
my system specs
OS: Windows Vista (64-bit)
Processor: AMD Athlon Processor LE-1640 (2.7 GHz)
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS
RAM: 3.00 GB
Steam Version 1.01

Tried clicking on highlighted character portraits maybe ?

But it also happens ALOT, right after casting healing spells and switching back to Hawke, which again switching back and forth resolves...
