Hi there,
Ever since I purchased the game, I have been attempting off and on to get the DLC content allocated to my account to show up in the game. The content all appears in the Downloadable Content tab: Shale, Blood Dragon Armor, and an item from Dragon Age Journeys. I can "download" it, but beyond that... nothing happens.
Additionally, the DLC NPC that is supposed to be located in the main camp has never existed in my game. Everyone I know that's played has had the NPC there, but he has never showed up in my game. I've had my BioWare account linked to the game from day 1, no dice.
If anyone could help me figure out this dilemma, I'd be very appreciative... I would kinda like to actually be able to access the additional content the game came with!
Thanks~

I think I'm having the exact same problem. I have redeemed my "Dragon Armor" and "The Stone Prisoner" following the instructions that came with the game. They both appear in my profile as registered game promotions in social.bioware but when I log in on my PS3 no downloadable content appears when I search. I've tried redeeming them from in game but always get the same message telling me the codes are invalid.
Not much help to you but at least we know we aren't the only ones with this problem haha

Same here: I got Collector's Edition PS3 and the DLCs appear on the social website but I cannot download them in game on the PS3. They simply don't show up and when I want to register them via PS3 I get the invalid error code.
I have a UK PSN and an asian game. Could this be the problem? If yes, it is pretty lame.

My PC copy had a card with 5 DLC items on it and their codes - the Feral Wolf Charm, the Dalish Promise Ring, the Memory Band, and the Lion's Paw all worked fine but no matter how I put the code in, nothing would work for the Guildmaster's Belt.
I submitted a support request to EA one week ago on the 11th of November and am still waiting for a reply so I wouldn't hold your breath for anything soon...

Yeah uber-dodgy. You pre-order something you expect the incentives to work. Bukajec, if you get a reply can you let us know. It would be greatly appreciated. I haven't contacted EA directly. Seems like a lot of others have with no response...

I can confirm that DLCs will NOT work if there is a PSN Country difference. I had to specifically make a Hong Kong account to be able to download the DLCs. The good thing is that, after download, they will install for every account, no matter what the PSN Country the account is on.
So you should do the same if you have a discrepancy between country versions.

If that is true, then the comment that (for Europe, at least) the DLC will be available on the 20th gains weight.
