My profile used to show my character up to level 11 and then it quit. That character went to level 23 and I have a new one up to level 10. Nothing at all shows up under DA2 games. Why?
In DA2 my first playthrough, after a bit it said it couldn't connect with the server, but it's been connecting all through the 2nd game.
Nothing shows up in my DA2 profile anymore

ok, now the new profile is posting and the old one comes up but still only to level 11.. How do I fix it? (I clicked on the activate profile several times to make work what I did already)

Actually, it's not! There isn't enough information about DA2 profiles to justify the negative side effects of updating again. That said, read it anyway; DA:O and DA2 may have things in common.
You are talking about your DA2 profile, right? Your DA:O profile looks fine but your DA2 profile does not match your description exactly (it currently shows only the dummy character). If you are still able to click Activate Profile (you shouldn't be), please take a screenshot of that page with the URL.
When I was playing, my character updated correctly, but if I disconnected while playing I seemed to lose all uploaded information. When I logged in and played again it would update correctly. Are you positive you are not losing connection while playing? There should be a pop-up informing you if so, and it's a symptom of the acceleration/decceleration issue many are plagued by.

I scanned that page.. good lord! Is it really that complicated just to get the profile update to do what it's supposed to do?
