I seem to be having the same issue so many other people are having with Cerberus Network. I redeemed it last year and it worked fine, but now playing the game Cerberus Network won't activate. I need to know what to do, and I really don't understand why this problem exists for so many people.

Hm...what do you mean by 'won't activate'? I assume you're getting an error message of some sort, and if so what was the message?
It seems you have a basic grasp of the problem as you mention others having the same problem. If so, have you tried the solutions those threads have mentioned?

It asks to activate and when the activation menu pops up it asks to enter the code or to purchase one. I already entered my coede last year when I bought the game, and re-entering it only causes it to tell me the code is already in use.
I have seen other threads, with the main solution being to call EA directly to fix it, but having to wait on the phone and deal with a person is always the last resort. Just wondering if there is any other solution. I've seen people offer solutions, but no real consensus. Just a bummer that the whole Cerberus Network seems to have caused so many issues to so many people.

Cases like this will prompt me to question if anything in particular has changed since you last used it (i.e. when it was still working as it should). Is there anything in particular that has changed?
I ask because I play offline almost exclusively, so I don't believe (though I could be wrong) it's a connection problem with the servers.
Such things I'm expecting like a new Gamertag, new HD or even a new 360.
EA does have a Live Chat option which is supposed to be very good. I believe Praetor has more details on that than I can provide.

Nothing on my end has changed for the past few years now. I tried doing EA's support chat, but I only made an account with them to get the DLC items last year and don't remember my name or password on there and I asked for an e-mail a few times and haven't received a single one yet. This is why I was so hesitant to end up having to deal with EA's support, it always ends up such a hassle.

I am wondering if you can redownload the Cerberus Network dlc to see if that helps. I have my doubts to be honest.
