I have purchased the Signature Edition and I have completed about 50% of Act 2.

My Game has been patched to v1.01.

Now I noticed that I have to download the Signature Edition features, the Black Emporium and Exiled Prince content and to manually install the 3 files.

BUT: my Game has already been patched to 1.01. Do I have to apply the 1.01 patch again after installing the additional content?

Okay - I've tested it myself (made a backup of my Saved Games before)...

and I noticed a BUG: Signature Edition seems to work ;-) and I have not tested Black Emporium yet, BUT the EXILED PRINCE Quest does not work!!

As I am currently in Act 2 the Chantry Board is not selectable anymore! When I walk to the Chantry, Sebastian pins a note to the board and fires an arrow at it. But I cannot get that damned note. The Quest Marker Sign appears above the Board, but I cannot select anything on the Board.

Seems that Quest is lost for me :-( !!

For your origional question, there is no need to re-apply the patch after installing the DLC.

As far as I am aware you can not start Sebastian's quests during Act 2 - his first quest starts during Act 1 and if missed you are unable to do the following quests (or gain him as a companion).
