C) party member character story arc quests that conflict with one another, in the same story-line.

What do you mean?

One word, Merril

Don't give her the Areole N'Hole or whatever that elven crap thing is after killing the varterral... she will break the mirror, and by all appearances give up on the thing... BUT, next thing you know, she's pretending like none of that happened so she can commune with demons again at the top of Sundermount.

Her entire story arc appears bugged.

The only bug is that Conversation you are having which is the end conversation after you return from "A New Path". It plays it before you get the quest if your approval is high enough. It's one of the bugs the many bugs they are working on a patch to fix.

I take dozen RockWraiths anytime rather than the games end fights stupid boss fights

Agreed. I still don't see how Aveline is uneffected by Merdith when she's almost toast and does this massive stun thing and gives some wierd speech. Aveline just keps wailing on her uneffected by the blast. Happened to me twice.

Eh, Orsino ending up at the bottom of the map with only Isabela to attack him ranks as the most odd boss glitch in the game.

The ARW fight was fun because it mixed things up a little, but giving every boss in the game insane amounts of health just to drag fights out isn't fun.

Rock wraith is easy, although you actually have to do something other than just stand there and mash buttons. But no worries, since more people complained about it, BW will not included any difficult fights in DA3.

U srs? Actually I do kind of see that happening, what with streamlining and accessibility being watchwords right now. DA 2 retained its core better than ME 2 did at least, no ammo retcon, no one companion look (with super DLC to give them more looks later), and thank the gods DA 2 has an inventory system. I think DA 3 would do well to get rid of waves though, that's the biggest complaint about combat. Bosses were not so much difficult as they were lengthy, and lengthy not because they were cunning adversaries or anything like that but simply because they had superboss constitution or armour. The only difference I noticed between Hard and Normal in a boss fight is the damage my party deals to the boss. On Hard fighting the ARW took bleeding ages because its health would go down in millimetres. The same fight on Normal went much quicker, because more than millimetres were taken out of the ARW's health bar.

Revenants in DAO were good enemies because they were more or less immune to magic, so you had to get stuck in, which would be a problem if you decided to roll all mages or something. And they had force pull, force choke, and force lightning... wait I confused myself, but DA 2 Revenants were just more cannon fodder.

I thought it was good. Only lost the fight the first time I tried it, because I didn't realize I could take cover from his AOE blast. After that it was pretty easy, just had to kill the adds quickly when they spawned. I had Fenris tank.

If you ever have trouble with companion pathfinding, just set your other allies to hold position and take manual control of the bugged offender. I did notice, though, that at one point I directed Anders to hide behind a pillar and once there, and he'd ignore his orders to hold position and would run back out to attack the Wraith.

Lets see, Varric, Isabella, Aveline, unless your a mage with heals, this won't be exactly easy for you. That be your problem.

Even a regular mage heal won't cut it. Gotta get the Spirit Healer spec, yours at level 7 for only 1 spec point! Between forever cooldowns for pots and normal heal spell, your party would be dust without group heal and healing aura.

Alternatively, given the Op already succeeded with this setup, playing properly seems to cut it as well

I've never had any problems with the ARW at all. I've had a team of Carver, Mage Hawke, Varric and Anders and had Anders set for Healing. Carver was my DPS, Varric was controller and DPSer and Mage Hawke Controlled and DPS'd the fight as well.

When the Wraith curls up to do the AoE spell get behind the pillar near the entrance to where you enter the area to face the ARW and you should be fine. Because every time the ARW curls up to do that your entire party follows you to behind that pillar to avoid damage.

Not too hard of a fight if you know what you are doing.

This boss fight was nowehere near as hard as you're making it out to be. The combat system is fine, either you clearly are not doing it right, or everyone else who had no trouble is making stuff up

Well, I was playing on easy so I didn't have any troubble whatsoever, but I can imagine how frustrating this game is on higher difficulty levels because the AI is complete and utter crap, and even if you take control of some characters to move them away from harm manualy most of the time they take their sweet time to turn around, then spend a couple more second to ponder what I want from them and only then they move their asses. That is if they are still alive by that moment. Sometimes it's even better - instead of running to gthe spot I told them to run to they completely ignore the order and go on pummelling the boss and, as a result, dying in puddles. YES, I'M LOOKING AT YOU FENRIS! I know you are a bad mother****er, but you would have been even badder if you didn't die by the hand of an elven eldrich abomination every time! Jerk.
