I recently noticed that I've been missing out on the Collector's Edition's "Collector Armour". I've been looking through all the disks in my box, on my profile here where I download all my other DLC from, but I just cannot find the right place to get this piece of equipment. What am I missing? Any help would be appriciated

No way to get it unless you bought the collector's edition of the game... it's not available as a separate DLC (nor is it included in any of the other DLC packs).

I have the Collector's Edition. I just can't figure out how to access the content.

If you bought the Collector's Edition, there should have been a card in your box with a redemption code for the Collector Armor and Collector Assault Rifle. If you're missing this card, then you need to speak to the store that sold you the game.
