I think some are too quick, when they can't do something quest related, to shout bug.

With that said, I may have to join ranks.

Elven Alienage- I've completed every side quest. Did the Orphanage thjing when the blind templar becames a cocktail weinie on a toothpick, uncovered the missing Elves and have the note; but I can't finish the 'unrest'' quest because Valen...wots-his-name, the clan Elder never appears.

I've tried leaving the Alienage and returning, I've tried re-entering the warehouse.

Bug??

Oh! I...uh...er...didn't see all of the warehouse. Nice, that when you go back, both exits are labled 'Alianage' and not one of 'um 'warehouse'.
