Wow, I'm getting less and less hip every day. I thought "homies" meant something entirely different.

Yo son, don't be getting your homies mixed up, you dig?

Supposedly (with the exception of Isabella) they are supposed to be Hawke-sexuals, which means for example that Anders is straight if Hawke is a woman and gay if Hawke is a man. Which is rather stupid. Why can't male Hawke exist in a universe with straight Anders? Would a demon possessed David Gaider step out of the Fade and start wrecking things?

To answer the question, it's a response to demands from elements of the Bioware fanbase.

because it was a compromise, and the sign of a good compromise leaves no one completely happy. People wuld complain no matter what they did involving romances.

Have 2 straight and 2 gay? WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE BAD CHOICES AND ____ the GOOD ONES?

Have them all straight? "YOU'RE ALIENATING THE HOMOSEXUAL COMMUNITY. WE'RE PEOPLE TOO WITH ROMANCE NEEDS"

This thread again?

Why is it that people with things like the OP has to say never seem to read the first page to see if their rant has already been covered?

Because Hawke is just that awesome. There really doesn't need to be any other reason; as others have mentioned before, they are more Hawkesexual than anything else.

Maybe put a option in settings so you can turn ****** mode off.

I like this idea a lot, or a version of it, at any rate.  Let the player set the romance preferences for his character at the beginning.  It adds a level of customization that should be fairly easy to implement.  If Hawke's presence can bend the sexuality of those around him like some sort of pheremonal gravity well, why not take care of it at character creation instead of during awkward conversations?

Seriously, they're should be an option where MH can work with a straight Anders and straight Fenris.

Is there something going on here? In this forum? Why trolls are mentioned almost everywhere?

I really don't know, I'm new here :)

I get a great sense of fear coming from this community on this subject and its rather disheartening to think we have come so far as a species to be civilized and accept others, with Bioware being one of the front runners pushing the sexual boundaries in games. Then we have mental children like OT who are bothered by other people's choices and the ability to have everyone able to roleplay their preference with any character.

You guys may think its funny but its this way of thinking that make humanity equivalent to cavemen and instead of being happy all walks of like can romance majority of the NPCs we have homophobic people ruining that

But...if Anders is not a ****** anymore...then all that he is is dead already LOL..

OH, NO! I apologize for those of you who felt uncomfortable. I mean no disrespect, I'm just curious why there are so many homosexual characters in the game. And I think it was the first time in a RPG. (As far as I know) I'm a science student, I'm naturally curious about things. Observing, finding facts and explanations are just my personal interest.
