So i cant register these 2 games, thus i also cant post in tech help section

I Have Dragon age origins and 2, bought when they both came out  but just now thought about actually registering them. But low and behold the UPC codes wont work, what do? I entered them in perfectly So yah...............


so yah any help any 1? ill post the codes if need be seeing as there broken any way.....>.>

Are you using the right code? Its just the UPC on the back of the box...you have to put all the numbers in...including the small ones outside the barcode

I'm having the same problem, actually.

The problem is that I've tried to register my Dragon Age II game (ps3 version) to finally acess the registered game owner forum, however I got a message that says that my "code is not valid for game".
I'm pretty sure this is not the case, that my code is indeed valid. It is a brand new copy I bought from walmart.
I might add that I had no problem downloading the extra content using the code that came with the game.
I would like to know what I have to do.

edit: You know what is extremely weird? Bioware Social Network actually recognizes my DAII player profile. I'm even using my DAII character as my avatar.

BTW, have you bought an international copy of the game? I mean, one that is not the US or European version?
I bought the Brazilian version of the game. I'm actually starting to think this is the problem.

You use the tiny numbers on the front and back of the UPC as well.

Thanks for the help, however, as weird as it may seen, my UPC doesn't have the tiny numbers, and has 13 algarisms instead of 12.
I guess this is happening because my copy is the Brazilian version of the game, and the official distributor has replaced things like the cover and the manual (they changed them to a translated version). Perhaps they have changed the UPC code as well.

To the op: try contacting EA. I did this, and they were very kind to me and finally resolved my problem.
