According to the "Unstoppable" Achievement every Act in the game is essentially a year.

So...

Lothering is destroyed.
Hawke flees to Kirkwall and joins a group for a year, after taking two weeks to get to Kirkwall in the first place.
The Warden by this point has completed one recruitment, with varying progress with the others recruitments/ashes
Awakening occurs six months from the end of Origins.

The Warden's fight against the blight took about a year.

Does this mean the Blight was dealt with extremely quickly, in say three or four months in time [meaning he had a lot  of progess already], Awakening occured and took a month or so, and then Anders went to Kirkwall? Why are people still talking about the Hero of Ferelden killing the Archdemon? They're still amazed about 3/4ths of a year later?

Then there's Bodahn and Sandal.

Bodahn and Sandal appear during your second year in Kirkwall, and go on your expedition, for who knows how long into the deepest part of the Deep Roads every reached, and were lead back to the surface afterwards, only to stop by the Circle in Ferelden for fun?

At the End of Dragon age: Origins Ducan says that the blight was defeated before it even began. So I'd say that the Warden stopped the blight in record time.

I thought the defeat of the Blight only took a few months and then only another few for Awakenings.

we know awakening is 6 months after origins so that means origins must be 3-4 months despite MIKE LAIDLAW saying in a podcast it was 1-2 years......

Origins was 1-2 years long, it's just the trip from your origins story to Ostagar takes FOREVER
