Getting the upgrade that supposedly increase Lacerate's damage decreases it instead.
Further editing abi_base.gda, increasing the scaling value (increase it's damage) actually decreases it's effectiveness in game. Decreasing the value increases the damage.

so its upgrade is bugged. Ty for clarifying that mate. I hope in a patch or something they increase lacerates chance as you had earlier suggested
