Is there a mod that lowers the 100% accuracy for enemy archers?

I would imagine the best way is to mod your defense. The higher your defense, the less accurate an enemy attack will be.

No, every other type of attack works fine,it's just archers that never miss, I'm adamant that can't be working as intended.

If it's not as Bioware intended, they'll probably fix it themselves in a future patch.
