I'm only guessing this is where to post the bugs you've had going through the games, and I've though I made a decent sized list, so here goes.

Warning, spoilers!!!!!!

1. when leaving the cave in act of mercy, the npc's in the cave were outside, saying the same thing in the cave, giving no way to complete the quest and finish act 1. This glitch didn't happen to my game, but I saw it in person none the less

2. randomly through act 2, my guy decides he wants to target everything every now and then so I can't attack anything in mid battle... at all. The only fix for it I found was Left trigger into the Radial menu

3. Sketchy on details did not give me any waypoints at all for anything, and did not disapear after completion, it just stayed in my journal going "youve talked to sketch" or something or other

4. I think around this time it changed from "queen anora" as of my origns data to talking about king ( who i could only believe it was Allistar) I don't know when it happened, but when it did, it never mentioned her again

5.  In the beging of act 3 the first thing that happens when I enter her house is comfort her over her dead keeper. something that did not happen until later, afterwards she would not even reply the same thing when we entered her house, instead of talking about her roof not being fixed she would respond "it's cold in here. i wish id brought shoes with soles in them" line. I fear that nearly everything with her was glitched after i complete the quest besaides maybe her last dialouge in "the last straw"

6.I never finshed "who needs rescueing" as after i accepted the quest and went to the wounded coast, i couldn't find any type of anything to continue the quest at all, though i did not look as hard to make sure this one was a glitch, I am nearly 85 precent sure

7. lilandra (i may of spelt her name wrong, the bard from DA:O ) was commented on joining the warden, when in my imported data she never joined,

8.(this is just more of a complaint)  In my imported data the choice i gave at the end was to free the mages from the circle by queen Anora which was never talked about or mentioned. (though im sure if it turned into the big deal I thought it was in this game, it would of made too huge of a diffrence )

also lately i think there should be a bug and gliches forum, unless i have mistaken the use of this forum here

and lastly, great game, I enjoyed all the story and elements in the game, while I missed my first mage, I thought it was really cool how he was mentioned as being related to hawke in my game because i chose the human mage. this game was one of the very few games i couldn't sit down until it was beaten.

I came across a revival bug, when a companion revives once a fight is over they die and revive over and over again, until they can't take anymore injuries, and that's a lot of injury kits.
