Seth Green tweeted that he will be reprising his role as Joker in ME3.

For you Joker shippers out there, I hope you get your romance this time.

Not surprising at all, but glad the VA can actually talk about it now.

Yep. Let's hope the tweet date is just a coincidence...

So that's Seth Green and Tricia Helfer back in as EDI and Joker.

Hopefully we'll get some more VA confirmations soon.

Let's be fair, this is the actor who in the middle of filming Buffy decided to just up and dump his contract to go and do movie work. Never a question of whether Bioware would want him, just whether he'd choose to come back or not. Glad he apparently did.

Well Buffy wasn't that great of a gig in the first place. He was just some type of chimp looking werewolf thing. I don't know if they were starting to play him out of the show but his main anchor which was dating Willow. Started to go lesbo his main reason for people on the show was kinda drifting away.

That is a good news, but I think his romance would be really a very bad idea

OK, one, there's a big difference between filming for a weekly TV series and heading to a studio every couple years to do some voiceover work.  Two, he'd said that he loved doing the character and wanted to play him again. So, no, there was no question on that score.

Seth Green didn't voice Joker in Arrival DLC.
If it's true, it'll be good to hear him again in Reaper Wars aka ME3.

Seth Green didn't voice him in any of the DLCs.  None of the ME2 squad got new dialogue in them either (that one bit in Lair after the building explodes is just a re-use of a pre-existing line), except for a couple lines about the Hammerhead being about to blow up or whatever (and that's because it was supposed to be in the game from the start, but was cut).  What's your point?

I've just wanted to point out that he didn't voice Joker in Arrival, nothing else. It was strange to hear other voice as "Joker". If that tweet on his profile is true (not an april fool joke) then I'll be happy :)

I was wondering why Joker spoke so little in Arrival. Now I know

Getting into a love triangle with Joker and the Normandy seems like a bad idea.

He didn't voice Joker in Arrival because there WAS no Joker in Arrival.

Why do you jump to conclusions? That could have easily been any other crewmember from the Normandy's CIC. It obviously wasn't Joker.

You're right and wrong. Seth Green didn't voice Joker in Arrival but there was Joker in cutscene (escaping through alpha mass relay). Usually in ME1 Joker used to inform Shepard about important conferences (Shepard&Hackett conference). I'm not concluding anything :)

We all know Chakwas is hitting that. Won't be Shep that gets a piece of the pilot.

It was "Comm system" according to the subtitles that did the speaking in Arrival. The one that tells you about Hackett's message, and the one that tells you Normandy was about to pick you up.

Granted Joker does occasionally get reused lines in DLC, (a stock "Aye aye Commander" in Overlord, and that bit from Horizon when he tries to call you but gets jammed in Arrival) which makes one wonder why they didn't throw in one of his "Everybody hang on" variations that's he's said a few times in both games as your flying away.

in arrival joker was there but he didnt actually speak anyway seth green seems like a nerd at heart so he probably loves doing the voice of joker in this sci fi epic. i doubt he will be a love interest because the idea is edi and seth have a strange relationship of sorts which is funny so if shephard became romantically involved it would ruin that. anyway i like joker for his comedy banter with edi and shep.
