I played origins as well as all the dlc: i have several savegames.
I carry over my main character through the all dlc: in witch hunt i have two savegames:
- the regular autosave, before entering in the last scene when you confront with morrigan
- a save just before speaking to morrigan

i think that for Dragonage 2 is the same if i will use a savegame or the other, right?

Correct, it wouldn't matter which save you use as the Witch Hunt DLC has no effect whatsoever of a DA2 playthrough at this time.

should be noted that the DLC packs "Return to Ostagar", "Darkspawn
Chronicles", "Leliana's Song", "Golems of Amgaraak" and "Witch Hunt"
have no plot flags that are checked inside of Dragon Age 2 right now,
hence the lack of descriptive plot flags when checking your save file
