Your view (That it's not possible to do more than one run) is invalidated by the sheer fact that many people are happily doing many runs.

I can easily do more than one run. Easily. There are three classes, three general personality types, four romance options, two factions to side with, several Origins/Awakenings cameo options. How can you not do more than one run would be my question.

Because it bores me to tears with repetitive locations, enemy waves and silly quests/story? One time is enough for me and even that felt like a chore. Meh. <_<

I can get posters of Mordin Solus?

Yes! Mine's hanging on my wall next to a (very, very old) Ascendancy poster from the strategy guide.

It shows him roughly chest up, looking serious with a gun. This is the CGI version, not the ingame depiction. The word GENIUS under him.

Yeah I saw that GoG site before but it looks like not US based.  Will that cause any problems for a US gamer?  Also will taht site be around for a while and let me download the game more than once?  My computer likes to make me have to reformat it twice a year =/

Huh, I thought it was US based, I've never bought anything from them myself, but I've heard good things. Like Horus says, GoG is good because they don't just give you a copy of the old game, but generally patches it to work on newer systems.

yeah i guess maybe they are. For some reason it seemed like it was european when i glanced at it before. I just read about them on their site. Looks good! Why cant i use mods with their games tho?

'3. You buy it, you keep it.

Don't let your DRMs turn into nightmares (clever, no?). You won't find any intrusive copy protection in our games; we hate draconian DRM schemes just as much as you do, so at GOG.com you don't just buy the game, you actually own it. Once you download a game, you can install it on any PC and re-download it whenever you want, as many times as you need, and you can play it without an internet connection.'

You should be able to mod it without a problem. It's not like they add anything to the base game, other than certain things to make older games playable on newer computers.

You can clearly playthrough more than once. If you don't want to, that's your bag baby...that ain't my bag baby.

Hmm well, it's a matter of the players own opinion when it comes down to replays. If they liked it then it's very easy to do more than just one playthrough.

Difference in opinion is the one TRUE fact on these forums. :P

Replaying has nothing to do with disliking or liking the game. Most games, even ones like DA:O and DA2 that offer choices that "change" the story in minor ways still feel the same. That is why I can rarely replay them unless its been a few years and even then it is difficult for me. And I find myself making the same choices.

The problem is that not enough of the games are changed with your choices. Most of it stays the same no matter what choices you make with just little things being different. I loved Mass effect 2 but it still played the same. I loved DA:O but it still played the same after your origin story (even when you picked a different "army" side to support it still played pretty much the same).

Until games start actually being choice driven then there will always be a lack of replayability for most. I like DA2 but when most things are the same I find myself hitting the escape cutscene key far to often because its the same experince with very very minor things.

yeah replaying games isnt really my thing either. even if i LOVED them (never replayed ME1/ME2/DA:O). The last game i can think of that I put a lot of replay into that was single player was Resident Evil 2. And thats because i was like 13 and had no car or money haha.  I tend to take my time on a single playthru

now, on on to the next one on to the next one.

I don't think I've ever replayed a game, actually. Hm...
I replayed ME1 on a completely cheated speedrun to make a save for ME2 (only to have Gibbed release his editor two days after), and I lost me Dawn of War 2 save, and I needed one to import.

Oh wait! I replayed Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Gameplay over story or characterization I guess lends itself to replaying.
