Why is everyone killing Leliana in DA:O?

It's not that it's everyone.
It's that those who did are so very louder than those who didn't.

Plus, she's kind of a **** now and a lot of people are going back TO kill her.  She was one of my favorite characters and now I want to make a beat her to death with her own femur.

I'm not sure what she does in DA2 that makes her so hateful myself.

Judging by my last post, apparently she has the capability to enrage one so that they can no longer form coherent sentences.

Really though, it was the "these mages better stop trying to get basic human rights or we're going to bring an army of mindless zealots to stomp the city" thing.  In DAO when you first meet her she even tries her hardest to get you to spare those soldiers of Loghain's who are not just trying to kill the Warden, but also want to go after everyone for "lying" to them about not seeing a guy who entered the village 5 minutes ago.  Here she's... she's just a belligerent jackass.  Like with Anders, I think people are less angry that a character is acting that way and more angry that it's one who acted so completely differently in DAO.

Uhm...You guys remember she's a bard....AKA a pathological liar right? Funny thing is if you strike a relationship with her in 1 I bet it's gonna bite you in the behind in 3. .... One of my characters had a relationship with her. crap. so not only is she gonna maybe hunto down Hawke but my Warden too. Wait a sec....is 3 gonna be about Morrigan VS Leliana and you chose to side with either?

Could be worse, in KotOR 2 models even less detail than that were used as the enemies in the final areas of the game, because Lucasarts couldn't understand what "we need to actually finish the game before releasing it" meant.
