I think the character with the least depth to me is Zaeed. Jacob is certainly not the best, but I think, given his history and the slight naivete he has, I find him to be interesting. I mean, he's far more useful to me than Morinth was, who was a very one-dimensional character with equally limited dialogue.

Not that ME2 Tali's personality is a massive improvement, ME1 Tali was simply a walking codex.

Haha, funny thing is you can actually save that Ferros docking bay worker guy, you just need to throw a grenade and time it right.
Um... I'm going to have to go with that asari on Noveria who you talk to and she gives you a small side mission to talk to same guy for 5 minutes... I forget she's there half the time.

2. if you don't bother actually talking to characters or take them on missions and enjoy ambient dialogue, anyone is freaking boring.
3. the same voice actor = the same character amirite? never mind that they have nothing NOTHING in common.
4. when Tali complains about being sick and takes it out on her omnitool, its adorable. when Kaidan mentions a headache in passing, OMG, shut up whiner? seriously? seriously?

I'm actually intrigued by Grunt...well more Okeer really. I'm convinced Grunt has some hidden "instruction" implanted in him while he was in the tank just waiting to be triggered in a way similar to hypnosis. God i hate that guy,
Grunt is the most stupid character ever (in my opinion). Never used him because i just disliked him.
For a tankbred überkrogan, he is very very dull. So was his side mission, and everything he does. He is aggressive, and that is all.
I would have liked to see him physically superior, but mentally clueless, naive, otherworldly, and lacking all social/other skills that you learn by experience. Basically, a ruthless killing machine with the worldly understanding of a child.
Now THAT would have been interesting, but nooo, lets not give him depth.
As for the most forgettable...probably Morinth. Great idea but then not really going to the effort to finish writing the character fully was a bit disapointing. Would have been better not to have been recruitable.
