Is this even possible? I've been creating a new area and I really would perfer it if the player was able to recruit one of the special characters you find there. But I'm not quite sure where to start.
Anyone else have any ideas on how to go about this or have even figured it out already?
Creating a brand new follower mod?

I've been wanting to do this too. It would be fun setting up a background and being the VA for a separate character of mine. I've already figured out in my head what his "select" "deselect" action would be =D

While I have no idea how, I would think this would be possible other wise you'll be stuck with the same characters still even in modules that aren't connected to the current story (once the tool set gets patched to be able to).
