I think the new Castlevania game did this.
Funny, I remember someone else on another forum mentioning this but whenever I try and play an earlier mission in Castlevania:LOS my 360 demands that I switch discs even though I have both discs installed to my harddrive. I'm either not doing it properly or this rumour is bs.
