I noticed someone earlier mentioned a human mage in DAO is somehow related to Hawke. I see the last name is automade Amell (Hawke's mom family name). But is this referenced in the game if you import a human mage playthrough? I have done that using the save game generator but no mention of any kind of relation. And since my DAO is on the 360 and I don't have a mage playthrough on there, I was wondering if maybe the save generator I might be missing anything to show they are "cousins" or whatever the relationship is.

Yes. The Warden is your cousin on your Mom's (duh) side.

It only get mentions by... Your mom once and, like, Cullen once. I think. Maybe elsewhere, but that's all I know.

There are other relationships in families than cousins is why I put that in quotes if that's why you put the duh comment.

But so far all the references seems no connection. Like the person who hires Hawke to take out the conspirators says a comment that Hawke being related might reply back, "You may not realize but that's family." The amount of references just seems odd. Like if I heard about a cousin from a dozen people a day, I would end up letting people know.

The human mage warden is the son/daughter of Leandra's cousin. So, they're second cousins.

Leandra (MamaHawke) has a cousin named Revka Amell, this Revka is the mother of any Amell Warden in Origins.
