Is it fair to say that bioware has dedicated so many resources to Star Wars The Old Republic with LucasArts that the Mass Effect franchise has taken a slight back seat? Or am I way off base?

I always thought it was quite the contrary. With Dragon Age 2's horrible press response and TOR's numerous delays, I'd say way too much manpower is being thrown at the Mass Effect franchise at present. I guess it's the EA money-milking machine at work.
And Baihu, it IS there, I'm sure of it. You could always Youtube-check it or something.
