It was kind of like a very short LoZ game.

Probably because you don't own a dictionary and so you have no idea what a maze actually is.

I really cant stand the fade portion of the game. Yes, going toe to toe with an ogre demon in golem form was fun, but over all, this portion of the game felt really unnecessary. If I had the choice on whether to enter the fade to save the mages and gain stat points or not enter it, kill the mages, and gain no stat points I would almost definitely go postal and start slaughtering the mages in the tower.

the only reason I didn't like the fade was because I missed my party

Winning a fight just isnt the same without Alistair saying "Nothing like a brush with death to make you...not like death very much!" at the end of some battles.
