Heck no. You can't even edit your saved game. Apparently, it's Sony's business model to encrypt saved game data, but not their users' personal information.

Yes, you can edit in the game. I don´t remember its name, but its in one of the downloadeable content.

Re: saved game editing, Sony may have changed their methods recently. Previously, it was not possible. I haven't picked up my PS3 in over a year.
