I was playing DA2 when I noticed that I don't have certain DLC such as Hayder's Razor, Staff of Parlathan and bunch of accessories(a few rings and amulets). So I followed the link it gave me to see if I can download them(or buy then download) but the DLC page only had the Exiled Prince and The Black Emporium which I already have. So are these DLCs not available yet or something?

Those DLC were available if you did various things during the pre-order stage to get them.
