i just installed arrival. after rescuing the doctor and she is done hacking the terminal we ride the elevator. when the elevator reaches the next floor it disappears dropping shepard to his death down the elevator shaft. it happens immediately after the loading cutscene. programming bug or glitch. please help

tried 5 times now. getting pissed because it autosaves on the elevator so the only way to try it again is to restart the entire mission. 5 times now.

and i chatted with tech support guy norman who was completely not helpful. told me this was my only solution and to wait for patch publication. ANNOYED

i had no problem . contact technical surport thats why they are there. or try deleting the dlc and installing it again
