I'd like to meet a Spectre who isn't Rogue. So far we've seen four Spectre (Saren, Nihlus, Vasir and of course Shepard) and Nihlus is the only one (to our knowledge) who doesn't screw the council at one point. Why would they even keep the Spectres around?
I also would like to actually be able to talk with and maybe help the Citadel refund guy...

Dr. Manuel, the crazy assistant from Eden Prime, died preventing the geth and the Collector's from accessing the giant Prothean silver ball in Project Firewalker DLC.
You find his corpse burnt to a crisp in the cave next to said ball. I guess you could say that....

I did, always. However there's no proof that actually killed him. I'd love to see his reaction if you meet him again and he realizes it was you who put a cattle-prod up his butt.
