 During the Ostagar prologue. It's always the same thing, with Daveth and Jory, what if instead of them, they had made characters from other Origins join you, and they died during the joining? It'd allowed some insight into other backgrounds, and the two companions could be randomized or depend on your origin.

Might always change your views, such as Dust Town, who to pick as King for Orzammar, your feelings towards Arl Howe, the choices at the Circle Tower, how to interact with the Dalish, the knowledge of how bad the alienage is...

The tutorial's the only boring thing in this game besides the Fade and the Deep Roads to me. Would this have made it better to you?
